Suze Studio is a small business (run by me, myself, and I!), so I thank you for your patience when it comes to dispatching orders. Unless otherwise communicated, I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of order placement.

I offer free UK shipping on your first order when you sign up for my newsletter (you can do so at the bottom of this page).

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination country. Please note that additional taxes and customs duties may apply to orders placed outside the UK. These charges, where applicable, are your responsibility.

Packaging

Please note that, where possible, I strive to use recycled packaging materials while also ensuring that any fragile items arrive with you safely and securely.

Damages or issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. On the rare occasion that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can resolve it quickly. If you have purchased a vintage or antique item, please refer to my FAQs page on gentle wear and inherent imperfections.

Return policy

I hope you love your new textiles; however, I completely understand if something doesn't feel quite right. If you’d like to request a return, please contact me at hello@suzestudio.co.uk within 14 days of your delivery date. If your return is accepted, I will send through instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is at your own cost, and must be via a tracked service. I am unable to issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, so please repack them carefully.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund policy

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@suzestudio.co.uk.
