Returns
I hope you love your new textiles; however, I completely understand if something doesn't feel quite right. Please do note that all products are handmade textiles, which may have inherent imperfections that are not treated as faults or damages. This is particularly the case with vintage and antique products, where signs of wear and tear, gentle usage, and historic repairs can be visible. I always endeavour to capture these imperfections as accurately as possible in product images and descriptions.
If you’d like to request a return, please get in touch with me at hello@suzestudio.co.uk within 14 days of your delivery date. If your return is accepted, I will send through instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is at your own cost, and must be via a tracked service. I am unable to issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, so please make sure to repackage them carefully.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. On the rare occasion that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can resolve it quickly. If you have purchased a vintage or antique item, please refer to my FAQs page on gentle wear and inherent imperfections.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
