Framed vintage suzani, multicolour

This large framed vintage suzani is a stunning way to bring more colour and individuality into any room. Likely made in the early 20th century as a mirror cover or other small ornamental wall hanging. The complementing patchwork detail was added at a later date.

The suzani fabric is first carefully mounted onto heavyweight, 100% linen for structural integrity, then set within a bespoke oak tray frame handcrafted by our framers in Bristol, UK. Ready to hang and designed to endure.

• Silk embroidery thread on cotton fabric, mounted on 100% heavyweight linen 
• Approximately 64.5cm (width) x 69.5cm (length) x 4.5cm (depth) 
• Corded and ready for wall hanging (orientation can easily be changed with basic hand tools)
  
• Great vintage condition
